Sales Support Rep Position

Primary Duties
- Inbound lead taking and scheduling appointments
- Outbound Calling to set, reschedule, and confirm appointments
- Data entry and tracking via CRM system
- Interacting with customers for reviews following job completion
- Social media implementation is a plus
- Projects such as file management
