Inside Sales-Calling All Canvassers

Are you a canvasser who wants to get out of the cold? Are you sick of having people slam the door shut in your face or not even answer as you go door to door through the neighborhood? Are you pleasant but persistent? Do you want to make more and love what you do? If you can answer yes to these questions, then we want to hear from you!

As our company and sales TEAM continue to grow, we are currently looking for an additional Inside Sales professional to work out of our home office in Needham, MA. The ideal candidate will be a canvasser or an outside sales person who wants to try their hand at approaching customers from a different angle. We are seeking an outgoing and energetic person to represent our company on the front lines and keep customers in our best line of sight. This position demands a passion for people and requires the highest level of professionalism. Qualified candidates must be equipped with strong listening skills, thick skin and possess the ability to overcome adversity.

G.F. Sprague is an established exterior restoration company, 50 years young, who has been serving our customers and the local community continuously since 1969. BASIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer satisfaction.
  • Outbound calling to retain, reschedule, renew, confirm and farm new leads.
  • Followup on warm leads, people who contacted us and have not yet bought
  • Inbound lead taking, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Outside sales rep partner and liaison.
  • Data entry and tracking via CRM system: input, track, and mining database
  • Enjoy what you do.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years sales/inside sales experience.
  • Verifiable references.
  • Able to pass a drug screening and background check.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Commission driven compensation plan with a base, commensurate with experience.
    • $45k to $65k annually
