A very unique roof with a very neat solution. A ledge on the side of the house had been collecting water and snow causing water to leak down inside the siding, Our solution was to flash the area with some custom fabricated mini copper panels.
This customer was having issues with the existing gutters leaking profusely and with water running behind them rather than through them. When deciding what type of gutters would work best when replacing the existing system, our certified expert decided that lead coated copper would be the best option.
This customer called us because their roof was leaking. Upon our inspection of the roof, our certified expert determined that the existing roof was too deteriorated to repair. Instead, we decided that replacing the roof would be the best option both in terms of functionality and appearance.
For this project we had to replace several broken slates on this dormer in Weston. Our crew replaced the slates and installed copper along the edge of the dormer too. While the new copper gives the slates a beautiful new accent, but it will also help keep the dormer watertight and have these homeowners leak free for years to come.
